EmilCRM runs on infrastructure you control (e.g. Vercel + Neon Postgres). The contacts and content you put into it are stored in your database. We have no access to it and do not process it. For that data, you are the data controller, including for your compliance with GDPR and anti-spam law when you do outreach.
To deliver your license key, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Lemon Squeezy (payments and order processing) and our email provider (to correspond with you). Both act as processors or controllers in their own right under their own privacy policies.
Performing our contract with you (fulfilling your purchase), our legitimate interest in supporting customers and running the business, and compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax records).
Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires (in Sweden, generally seven years). Support correspondence is kept only as long as useful.
You can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email emillundholm25@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Lemon Squeezy and our email provider may process data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
