This Agreement is between Emil Lundholm ("Licensor") and the individual or organization that purchased a license ("you"). By purchasing, deploying, or using EmilCRM (the "Software"), you agree to these terms.
EmilCRM is self-hosted software sold for a one-time fee. You receive a license key that activates the Software on your own infrastructure. You are not buying a hosted service, and Licensor does not store or process your CRM data — it lives in your own database. The rights you get depend on the tier you purchased: Solo, Done-for-you, or Agency.
Subject to payment and these terms, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual (subject to Section 7) license to use the Software:
"Updates for 1 year" (where stated for your tier) means you may install updates released within 12 months of purchase. Later updates may require a renewal where offered.
You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software except as Section 2 allows; (b) share or resell license keys; (c) remove copyright or license notices except the white-label rights granted to Agency; (d) use the Software unlawfully. Public availability of the source for deployment convenience does not grant any rights beyond this Agreement.
Licensor retains all intellectual-property rights in the Software. You own your data and any content you create with it.
You are responsible for your own hosting (e.g. Vercel, Neon), your third-party accounts (e.g. Apollo, Lemon Squeezy, Anthropic), your data and backups, and for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach (anti-spam, privacy, and data-protection rules such as GDPR).
License fees are one-time and stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record, which handles applicable taxes (including EU VAT). Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee — email emillundholm25@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
This license is perpetual unless terminated. It terminates automatically if you materially breach it (including unauthorized resale or key sharing) or if your purchase is refunded or charged back — in which case your license key may be revoked and you must stop using the Software.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will produce any particular sales or business result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the license. Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
